Narrow ordinary-shopping baseline for the ixigo AU Visa or RuPay card, assuming one eligible direct card purchase of at least ₹200 each month at a qualifying merchant and no other spend using the shared cap. The ixigo co-brand comparison states 5 points per complete ₹200 for ordinary online and offline card purchases; the co-brand FAQ has different higher online and UPI rates, so this model uses only 5 points per ₹200 for direct card shopping as a conservative common floor and assigns no UPI rate. The issuer member agreement caps ixigo AU reward earn at 10,000 points per statement cycle. For a usable e-voucher value, issuer-wide AU terms state ₹0.20 per point; a minimum 200 points and ₹99+GST per successful redemption apply. The model repeats one monthly purchase 12 times, counts value only after the annual 200-point minimum, and subtracts one annual redemption fee. It assumes a suitable e-voucher is actually available and usable; points are not cash. The card is currently offered lifetime-free for a limited period; check your actual offer. Fuel, rent, jewellery, insurance, wallet, education/government, BBPS, EMI, cash, quasi-cash, transport, special merchant offers and ambiguous MCCs are not estimated. Direct flight/hotel purchases, ixigo bookings and UPI payments use separate or disputed rules, and are deliberately unscored. Welcome and quarterly milestone points, partner discounts, fuel waiver and ixigo Money are omitted. Reward points expire after two years. This is not a 2.5% cash-return card.
