Axis Bank HORIZON Credit Card
2 EDGE Miles/₹100 eligible, ₹1/mile at select travel partners. ₹3,000+GST card fee.
Try your spend →How this estimate works
Axis HORIZON earns two EDGE Miles per full ₹100 of ordinary eligible spend, with five miles per ₹100 only on Axis Travel EDGE or direct airline sales. This estimate uses only the two-mile baseline because a generic travel or flight chip does not prove an airline-owned booking or the Axis portal. The current Axis redemption terms give one rupee per EDGE Mile at specified travel partners, including Travel EDGE; this is restricted travel-payment value, not cash back or a statement credit. At least 500 miles are needed for Travel EDGE redemption, so the model shows no realized value until annualized eligible spending generates that minimum. Axis lists a ₹99 redemption charge generally but its current fee schedule explicitly waives that charge for HORIZON holders, so none is deducted; partner-mile transfers carry a separate ₹199 charge and are not modeled. The ₹3,000 joining or annual fee plus GST is deducted in rankings, without assuming targeted Burgundy fee relief. Welcome 5,000 miles conditional on first qualifying purchase, 1,500 renewal miles starting later, lounge access and fuel surcharge waivers are omitted. Fuel, utilities and telecom, insurance, transportation and tolls, education, government, wallet, rent, cash, EMI and ambiguous special merchant/payment routes are not scored. The guide estimates one eligible monthly purchase repeated across twelve months; actual transaction rounding, card eligibility and travel inventory matter.
