Indian Overseas Bank credit cards
12 issuer-documented names or variants: 3 previously documented RuPay names plus 9 additional VISA and secured co-brand entries. Additional coverage outside the frozen 401-name audit; availability scope differs by programme.
RuPay Platinum is scored only for a limited fuel-surcharge floor. Classic and Select remain directory-only; no Novio co-brand alias or reward terms are imported.
Scored in the calculator
RuPay Platinum fuel-only estimate →The current named IOB RuPay Platinum product and live MITC state 1% fuel surcharge waiver at all fuel stations in India on ₹400–₹5,000 transactions, capped at ₹250 per billing cycle. Nil joining fee and ₹250+GST annual fee apply; MITC states 18% GST on bank charges. The calculator assumes one eligible offline pump purchase of the entered principal amount per month repeated twelve times, with actual surcharge posting. It prices relief against a surcharge, not cashback on the fuel itself. No GST refund or minimum-surcharge uplift is assumed. Out-of-range purchases, online fuel and all other categories give zero modeled benefit. At ₹5,000 monthly, gross annual relief is ₹600, less ₹295 taxed annual fee, giving ₹305 net; at ₹400 it is ₹48 gross and minus ₹247 net. No annual-fee waiver is credited: the one-purchase path reaches at most ₹60,000 annual spend, below the ₹1,00,000 waiver target. Points, catalogue redemption, lounge access, insurance and other perks are unpriced, not absent. A separate legacy issuer schedule still calls RuPay variants proposed and lists fuel surcharge instead of waiver. Current named product and MITC support this limited estimate, but confirm the fee and actual surcharge relief on your own account before relying on it. No Select or Novio co-brand terms are imported. This is a limited fuel-only floor, not the full card return.

Additional VISA names
The current issuer card page has launch sections for VISA Platinum and VISA Signature. VISA Classic and VISA Gold are explicitly marked applicable only to existing cardholders, not new issuance. All four remain directory-only here.

Separately documented secured programmes
The same live issuer page links the named novio, SalarySe Rise UP and ZET terms. These are separate FD-backed programmes, not aliases for the plain IOB RuPay Platinum or Select card, CUB SalarySe or SBM ZET. The two Rise UP form factors are explicitly separate named fee-table rows, not a generic secured-card umbrella counted twice.

Programme terms are not portable rewards
VISA Platinum's page advertises 1% on selected transactions without identifying the complete eligible transaction set here. No blanket 1% cashback model is inferred. VISA Signature's movie and network offers are unpriced. The old Classic and Gold descriptions apply only to existing cardholders; their historical bill-adjustment language is not transferred to any new VISA or co-brand model.
The novio MITC lists nil joining and annual fees, but its free-physical-card criteria differ by variant: cumulative FD of at least ₹10,000 for Platinum and ₹25,000 for Select. A generic physical-card row mentions ₹10,000; it must not override Select's explicitly named ₹25,000 requirement. The named terms levy a 1% fuel surcharge and ₹499 plus GST for cancellation within one year. A nil annual fee does not mean no account costs or cost-free deposit capital.
SalarySe Rise UP's named MITC lists virtual joining as free and physical joining at ₹299 plus GST, waived for FD of at least ₹10,000; annual fees are free. It levies fuel, rental, wallet and utility surcharges rather than providing the plain card's fuel relief. Scoins redeem for brand vouchers in the SalarySe app, not on the IOB portal, and expire 18 months after accrual. The above-₹10,000 paragraph mentions both five and ten Scoins; no reward-rate or cash-value inference is made from that unclear wording.
The IOB ZET MITC separately lists nil joining and annual fees and a free-physical criterion of cumulative FD at least ₹5,000. It levies a 1% fuel surcharge and ₹499 plus GST for closure within two years of issuance. Its account costs and terms are not those of the separately listed SBM ZET product.
All nine added names remain unscored and dependent on their own current account terms and application route. No blanket cashback, point conversion, movie, fuel-waiver, fee-waiver or FD-return model is imported. The three earlier RuPay entries, plain RuPay Platinum's limited fuel-only model, earlier paragraphs and legacy-schedule caveat remain unchanged. The issuer page reports a 1 October 2026 update, but a page update date is not a guarantee of approval or every programme's availability.

Checked 2 October 2026. The current product/variant terms and live MITC support the limited Platinum estimate. A separate legacy schedule still marks RuPay variants proposed and uses conflicting surcharge wording. Confirm actual account terms; listing does not guarantee approval.
