Fed StarBiz RuPay is a business card linked to a Federal Bank overdraft or cash-credit (OD/CC) account. The issuer lists eligible individuals and sole-proprietor MSMEs with an underlying OD/CC limit of ₹3 lakh to ₹50 lakh. Daily card use is limited to ₹3 lakh or the available underlying limit, whichever is lower.
The product page charges ₹275 plus GST on issuance and ₹275 plus GST annually. Its Fed StarBiz-specific Most Important Terms and Conditions state "Reward Points: Not Applicable" and do not list a spend-based annual fee waiver. This fee-only comparison assigns zero rewards to every spending category and deducts ₹275 annual membership plus estimated 18% GST.
The one-time ₹275 issuance fee and costs or interest of the underlying OD/CC account are not included. The issuer says card spending is handled through the underlying account, not a separate credit card bill. This calculator cannot estimate the business credit facility or tax treatment.
