Where it pays

Base earning is 1 Federal Reward Point per ₹150 eligible retail. This model deliberately omits 3x/2x MCC accelerators, milestone vouchers and first-transaction offers. Cash credited to the card is ₹0.10/point effective 15 July 2024, not the ₹0.25 issuer catalogue value. It assumes one purchase each month, projects 12 months of points, and deducts one ₹99 plus estimated GST redemption fee only if cash value exceeds the fee. The issuer does not publish a universal redemption-point minimum here; whether a small balance can actually be redeemed remains unverified. Fuel, government, wallet loading, rent, financial/quasi-cash and cash transactions excluded; insurance point cap not modeled. Cards onboarded since 3 April 2023 have no joining or annual membership fee. Modeled fee: zero first-year joining/annual card fee for new eligible customers. If points are redeemed for cash, one ₹99 fee plus estimated 18% GST is deducted. At low spend the ability to redeem is unverified, so the estimate shows no cash value if the projected fee exceeds earnings.
