How this estimate works

The issuer lists Business Max as a lifetime-free credit card for eligible businesses. Domestic online card purchases earn 6 points per ₹200, domestic offline purchases 4 points per ₹200, and each point is worth ₹0.25. This estimate treats your monthly input as one domestic card purchase, floors to whole ₹200 blocks, repeats for 12 months, and deducts one ₹99 + estimated 18% GST redemption charge from annual value; if points cannot cover that fee, usable first-year return is set to zero rather than showing a loss on optional redemption. UPI rewards advertised as “up to” 3 points are not imputed as ordinary online purchases. Fuel, utility, rent, property management, insurance, EMI, cash advances and foreign transactions do not earn points under the product FAQ. Generic Tata and ambiguous merchant/payment routes are left at zero. Points expire after 24 months, per the issuer’s June 2026 update. Travel-app bonus, tax-payment promotions, FD yield/capital lockup and other benefits are omitted. The card requires an eligible business with registered GST and a minimum ₹10,000 pledged fixed deposit; the credit limit may cap monthly rewardable spend, and the June 2026 notice explicitly limits rewards to spend within the credit limit. Actual merchant-code classification and deposit-backed limit should be checked before relying on the estimate.

FD-backed business card. An illustrative monthly spend is not a credit-limit guarantee; reward points beyond your approved limit are excluded.
