How this estimate works

FD-backed physical Mastercard. Eligible online, in-store and international purchases earn 4 points per ₹150. This score values each at ₹0.25 on ordinary reward redemption, not the conditional ₹0.50 per point available only for travel booked through FIRST Rewards Gallery in the bank app. It deducts one ₹99+GST redemption fee per year. Fuel, EMI and cash withdrawals earn no points. Utility, insurance, FASTag and railway spends earn only 1 point per ₹150, but are left unscored because generic app categories cannot identify them reliably. Bonus points on bank-app flights/hotels, zero-forex savings, lounge, joining offers and companion RuPay FIRST Digital UPI spend are not counted. Rewards apply only to spending within the FD-backed credit limit in each cycle, even if the limit is repaid. Joining fee ₹750+GST; annual fee from year two ₹750+GST, waived at ₹1.5 lakh anniversary-year spend. The calculator subtracts the full recurring annual fee and ignores the waiver; the joining fee and FD capital cost are outside this year-two model.
