MITC also lists a conditional ₹5,000 joining-fee variant tied to a ₹50,000 spend test within the first 90 days, and nil annual fee; neither a reduced joining fee nor free issuance is assumed. This model prices one ordinary eligible domestic purchase at the entered amount repeated for twelve months, counting full ₹100 blocks. ₹1 per point is the issuer-confirmed cash-credit value, not a mile valuation. Only one cash claim at year end is assumed, limited to 50% of modeled annual points and the product monthly cap, with a 500-point minimum and one ₹149 plus GST claim fee deducted. Leftover points may support later claims but are not counted as usable one-year cash. Fuel, utilities, insurance, government, education, rent, property, wallets, EMI and ambiguous merchant/payment routes are excluded or left unscored; issuer revisions and actual MCC control. Spend must remain within the assigned credit limit, and account must stay active and paid on time. PIONEER banking eligibility is required; account qualification costs are not priced. No welcome gifts, bonus points, renewal waiver, airline transfers, international acceleration, movie, lounge, golf or other privileges are valued. Confirm the application fee quote: current MITC says actual fees are conveyed at application.
