The issuer lists 3 miles per ₹100 for flights and hotels booked through Kotak Unbox, capped at 5,000 accelerated miles per statement cycle, but generic travel does not verify that portal, so the base rate is used. Miles redeem at ₹1 for Unbox flight/hotel booking or ₹0.50 for instant vouchers. This estimate uses the conservative ₹0.50 voucher value, with at least 500 miles required and at most 80% of a booking or cart payable in miles. Utility/telecom, insurance, education, government, rent, fuel, wallet loading, EMI and gaming do not earn miles.
