Kotak BizEdge earns 2 reward points per complete ₹150 on eligible spending outside the accelerated business essentials and excluded categories. Its 10-point rates for named essentials such as taxes, fuel and utilities, plus portal-booked flight, hotel and Nuclei SaaS purchases, require exact merchant codes or routes and have separate caps. The calculator conservatively scores only the 2-point rate on ordinary supported chips and does not imply an accelerated rate from generic fuel or travel. Kotak says each point is worth ₹0.25 on travel, gifts and vouchers through Kotak Unbox, with a 500-point minimum; at most 80% of the cart can be paid in points and the rest with BizEdge. Twelve equal monthly purchases projecting fewer than 500 points score zero usable one-year value, though points last 36 months. EMI, rent, wallet loading and education are excluded; the issuer lists additional blocked merchant codes. The bank lists ₹999 joining and ₹999 annual fees; the annual fee is waived at ₹2 lakh yearly spend. This recurring-year model deducts ₹999 plus estimated GST without assuming a waiver and excludes the separate first-year joining fee. Verify the actual merchant code, portal access, redemption item and spending before choosing.
