Kotak NRI Royale Signature is designed for qualifying non-resident Indian customers. Domestic India purchases earn one reward point per complete ₹200; foreign spending earns two, but exchange costs and eligibility are not modeled. The product page still says ₹1 per point, while Kotak card agreement says ₹0.70 for NRI Royale cashback from June 2025, with at least 2,000 points for cashback. We conservatively price the newer ₹0.70 value only when a single-category annual projection reaches 2,000 points. Other reward choices may differ. Wallet loads, fuel and rent earn no points; utility, education, insurance and government have statement-cycle caps in the agreement. The current chips cannot reliably identify all those merchant codes, so their special routes are not scored. Nil joining and ₹1,000 annual fee are listed; the model deducts the annual fee plus estimated GST without assuming a waiver. Railway/fuel surcharge waivers and other perks are omitted. Check NRI eligibility and the actual reward account before using the estimate.
