PNB’s card-specific Bliss page lists one reward point on every complete ₹100 of eligible retail spend, redeemable at ₹0.25 per point with a 1,000-point minimum. The issuer’s September 2024 point-value notice and current MITC confirm ₹0.25, superseding its stale generic rewards-page ₹0.50 text. The MITC charges ₹99 plus GST per redemption and points expire after 3 years. The Bliss product page and MITC list nil joining and ₹510 annual fee, waived when prior-year annual spend exceeds ₹1 lakh; a newer key fact sheet lists a ₹510 joining charge that is waived as a first-year promotion, but applies it to existing cardholders who apply for this variant. The model assumes a new card without existing-holder joining charge, deducts ₹510 plus estimated 18% GST annual fee without assuming the spend waiver, and deducts one ₹99+GST redemption fee only if annual points meet the 1,000-point minimum. If you already have a PNB card, an extra ₹510 joining fee may apply. This is one eligible retail transaction each month repeated for 12 months, not UPI or a known special payment route. Fuel, utilities, merchant-specific and travel booking categories are not awarded points here because eligibility or extra fees cannot be safely determined from the spend input. Welcome vouchers, lounge use, promotional offers and fuel surcharge waiver omitted.
