How this estimate works

The RBL Nova product terms award 4 points for every complete ₹200 of eligible retail spend. Flight, hotel and e-gift purchases through the Nova portal earn 12 points per ₹200, with accelerated points capped at 30,000 per billing cycle. The issuer values each point at ₹1 for selected Nova portal bookings, e-gift cards, experiences and merchandise. Points cannot become statement cash, and redemption inventory and pricing can vary. The calculator uses one eligible purchase each month and values points only for a future eligible portal redemption. RBL exempts Nova from the ₹99 redemption fee. Its ₹12,500 annual fee plus 18% GST is deducted; a later renewal fee may be waived after ₹10 lakh eligible spend, but this model does not assume it. Welcome/renewal gift cards, quarterly spend gifts, lounges, miles transfers and forex benefits are omitted. Fuel/auto, education, utilities, insurance, wallet, rent, government, cash, Bills2Pay, EMI and other listed MCCs do not earn points.
