RBL Platinum Maxima Plus earns two points per full ₹100 eligible ordinary domestic spend and ten points per full ₹100 in eligible dining/grocery/entertainment merchant categories, with a 1,000-point monthly accelerated cap. The card terms make eligibility depend on actual MCC. This finder scores the ten-point rate only on generic restaurant and grocery chips as qualifying-category estimates; to avoid overcounting when the cap scope is not perfectly stated, it caps all modeled monthly points in those categories at 1,000. Other eligible ordinary routes get two points/full ₹100. The issuer product page illustrates 67,600 points worth ₹16,900 (₹0.25/point) for selected flight/hotel/voucher redemptions, but an issuer calculator computes ₹0.28/point on some benefits and credits now-excluded utility/fuel spends. This model conservatively uses the product page ₹0.25 illustration, not cash, and follows card-specific exclusions over the conflicting calculator. It assumes one eligible purchase monthly, values points after RBL FAQ 500-point voucher minimum, deducts a single ₹99+estimated GST annual redemption fee if worthwhile and the recurring ₹2,500+estimated GST annual fee in ROI. Fuel/auto, utilities, insurance, quasi-cash, rail, rent, education, wallets/service providers, government/contracted services, cash, miscellaneous, Bills2Pay and EMI do not earn points. Welcome/milestones, conditional lounge access, movie discount and international spend are omitted. Merchant MCC, portal inventory and point conversion may differ.
