RBL Bank World Safari Credit Card
Two points/full ₹100 eligible domestic spend, five on qualifying travel. The ₹0.30/point estimate requires travel-portal redemption, not cash.
Try your spend →How this estimate works
World Safari earns two points per full ₹100 of eligible domestic ordinary retail purchases or five points per full ₹100 in qualifying travel categories. The card terms define travel as airlines, hotels/motels and transportation, but exclude railways; generic travel and named merchant chips cannot verify a qualifying MCC, so this finder does not score the five-point rate without confirmation of an eligible MCC. Eligible ordinary domestic shopping, groceries and dining use the two-point rate; excluded fuel/auto, utilities, insurance, rail, rent, wallet/service-provider and miscellaneous MCCs earn zero. The issuer card calculator illustrates ₹0.30 per point only when redeemed for travel bookings through the portal. It is not cash, and booking availability/prices and the qualifying redemption route affect realized value. The model assumes one eligible purchase repeated monthly, values points only at this issuer travel-portal illustration, and subtracts a single annual ₹99+estimated GST redemption fee when benefits cover it, plus the recurring ₹3,000+estimated GST annual fee in ROI. The RBL Rewards FAQ lists no minimum points for flight/hotel travel. Welcome voucher, milestone points, lounge access, insurance, forex markup savings and fuel surcharge waiver are omitted. The issuer product page says international purchases earn no points while the card terms describe an exception for international travel; this domestic-only model excludes all international transactions rather than settling that conflict.
