For eligible medical professionals only; the IMA version is specifically associated with the Indian Medical Association. Ordinary domestic-retail baseline only: 1 SBI Reward Point per complete ₹100. Medical supplies, travel bookings, international and Doctors Day 5X tiers are deliberately not priced without a matching spend route. One eligible purchase per month is assumed, repeated 12 times. Current issuer product data explicitly offers outstanding-balance redemption at 4 points = ₹1; the older IMA booklet contains generic wording denying cash/credit redemption, so the current product-specific statement-credit feature wins and this conflict is disclosed. Effective 1 April 2026, only complete 4,000-point blocks can be redeemed for statement credit, up to 60,000 points per month. The model floors annual earned points to those blocks, caps annual redemption at 720,000 points, and deducts ₹99+GST per required request, batching up to 60,000 points per request. Small balances below 4,000 annual points have no currently redeemable statement value here, not a claim that the points cannot be carried. Unused points expire after 24 months; assume active account and redemption before expiry. The IMA booklet specifies 7,500-point monthly caps for medical/travel and international 5X tiers, then base points continue; those accelerated tiers are not included. No ordinary-retail total point cap is stated in the current product data or retrieved reward terms. Fuel, rent, wallets, cash, fees, balance transfers, EMI, utility/insurance, education/government/tax, medical/travel tiers and special merchant or payment routes are unscored. Annual/joining fee ₹1,499+estimated 18% GST is separately deducted. The ₹2 lakh renewal waiver, welcome Yatra voucher, milestone gifts, professional indemnity insurance and lounges are not valued. This is a narrow base-spend estimate, not the full medical-professional card proposition.
