How this estimate works

The current issuer MITC says eligible purchases with the slice credit card, directly or via UPI, earn one "monies" per ₹1 spent. Monies may be redeemed as cash to the cardholder’s slice savings account; the lowest published redemption band, for up to 3 lakh monies, pays 1% of the monies balance. This model values only that base 1% on one ordinary eligible retail purchase repeated monthly. It does not project higher 1.5%, 2% or conditional 3% bands, other slice products’ monies, weekly merchant offers or spend splitting. Fuel, insurance, rent, education, tax/government, wallet loads, online gaming and EMIs do not earn. The model also withholds a return for utilities and special merchant or payment-route chips because transaction charges or MCC eligibility cannot be established from this input. The issuer MITC and product page list nil joining and annual membership fees. Actual cash realization requires a slice savings account and redeeming monies; balances can be forfeited when the card closes or is inactive for a year. No guaranteed 3% is assumed, and card use must remain in good standing.
